Drinking less water FC ?

I remember reading that if you proper food combine by making 70% of your diet moist whole foods that you would not need to drink as much water. I noticed I am not thirsty as much. My water intake is about 20% less. Has anyone else noticed this on FC diet? Does anyone know what is better for you Bottled spring water or bottled distilled water?

I just drink when I'm thirsty so I wouldn't really notice. I think I am drinking a little less since I started the fruit breakfasts though.

The problem with mineral waters is the minerals. I would think the distilled water would be best but filtered tap water is what some books recommend. This may depend on which country you are in as to the standards of the tap water. In your profile it is a good idea to fill in your location, even if you just put the country. It helps people to give you advice.

I found the following info online:

You should drink alkaline water throughout the day. Do not allow your thirst to build up. Do not allow dehydration to occur. Do not drink a large amount at one time. It is better to have a smaller but continual flow of water for proper assimilation and detoxification. Don't dilute the natural enzymes in your body by drinking with meals. Water is a food, make it the best quality you can. Avoid distilled and chlorinated for health sake.
