Goals for next week (starting Sunday):
Gym 3 times Yoga 5 times Same goals and since school starts a week from next Tuesday (BOO!) I'm trying to figure out how to get it all in. I thought about taking an aerobic dance class, but I don't know when. One meets during my math class the other is at 7 a.m. and that's not any good! |
Or not. Well crap. They don't have aerobic dance anymore. It's been replaced by "group aerobic exercise" and my time options are still not good.

Group Aerobic Ex - 7:40AM - 8:30AM Mon,Wed Stupid or glutton for punishment?? :lol: I figured it might hurt less than Tuesday/Thursday because Sunday isn't usually that back and Tuesday can be. I still have time to drop it if need be! |

Nothing so far today. I might go to the gym later on for cardio, but I also might take today off as a free day from everything.

I am slacking on the cardio. :o Right now I'm in migraine land which isn't helping.
I still need two more days to make my gym goal for the week and yoga on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to make that goal. I've really slacked off this week! Tentative plan: Gym tomorrow morning Gym Friday ~ 9 a.m. Gym sometime Saturday if I can squeeze it in. :o |
I made it to the gym and did some extra just because (which is probably the only reason I'm down a pound this morning. :0)
