I just Messed Up!
This is Day 4 of Induction and I thought I was doing good, but today I had one serving of a low-carb (2 net) ice cream. I know we are suppose to stick to the list. How bad will this hurt me?

I wouldn't worry too much. I didn't do a full on induction - I went right into low carbing and I still lost weight.
I'm not doing Atkins by the book - for myself I needed to find a way that I could make lo-carbing a part of my lifestyle rather than follow a "diet" that I was probably going to go off of once I lost the weight (As I have done before). I don't count carbs, but I only eat low carb items. It's working for me so far, but then I'm only on week 4. Don't be too hard on yourself - Good Luck |
Don't bet yourself up over it - you're doing great! After day 4 I was probably ready to eat the regular stuff. :lol:
