Boursin Cheese and Cashews = awesome

I love boursin cheese, but couldn't find anything low carb enough to dip in it. I have finally found the perfect mix, boursin cheese and cashews. Sounds a little funky, I know, but I've had others try it, and it's been agreed upon that this is a tasty little snack.

Celery, daikon radish slices, stick it in boats of baby endive. Boursin is awesome!
