This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently every day with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.

Start by putting the date and then your weight. Each day, copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. (Hint: an easy way to do this is to hit "quote" in your previous post, then delete the 2 quote tags at the beginning and end of your new post. This will preserve any formatting and smilies you had.) It's a good way to keep a record of your progress.

Dec 2 - 239.8 (omg ... if I were the type to let the scale dictate my mood, I'd been upset. As it is, I know that this is likely the result of deli ham that I ate yesterday and the bump the day before is from bologna.)

I'm back in. Apparently, I haven't signed in to this forum since October, 2020. I am in need of some serious support, which I know I'll get here, and have sought it from a close friend as well.
