Feeling so happy!
 

Hi!

Just wanted to say that I have been doing CAD for 4 days now and I feel so wonderful! All the crazy head hunger and cravings are gone and I am really enjoying both the CMs and RM! It is such a relief to feel satisfied finally. Not sure what to think about my weight, though. I lost a pound on each of the first two days but gained on the second two. I know fluctuation is normal so I guess that's probably it. I want to lose, but even if I didn't, I'm just so thankful to feel sane again in regards to food!!!!!! :agree:
