Hello from Oshawa
 

Hello all,

I am new to the LC lifestyle (AND I DO MEAN NEW) lol. I never realized how many carbs i ate in a day wow!!!

Anyway, i am a Virginia girl living in Oshawa Ontario ( i married a canadian lol). And i have been on this LC diet for a week now. Ive lost 7 pounds so far. My ketostix is in the pink and I am feeling great!!!

Last week was a rough one, i was drained and needing my chips lol, But i didn't do it, I resisted. I am excited to be here and look forward to sharing and experiencing this journey with everyone :D.
