Hello everyone have posted in a while this is Christine M. in Wyoming. Hope everyone is doing great lo-carbing. I had a cheat weekend but back on track today. Weighed myseld this morning I have lost a total of 33 pounds since Janaury 25. I have been reeiving alot of compliments the past couple weeks and it sure makes you feel great when other people notice especially when your hubby notices. I started at 302 and now weigh 269 I know that dosen't sound to some but it makes me feel good toknow that i am actually loosing. Keep up the good work everyone....
