Another 1 Bites the Dust!

YAyyyy! I've lost another pound. Five more to go. Its funny but I was really trying to eat at a maintanence level before and I found I had to go back to induction to lose the rest of what I need to lose. THEN I can go to the next levels. It seems to be working as I've broken up a long stall. Also, I am FORCING myself to drink the water I am supposed to drink.

Congratulations! I am finding I have to go back & forth between induction & premaintenance to keep loosing. Oh well, it will come off eventually right?
