cheat sheet?
 

Hi, if anyone has that cheat sheet for me that would be greatly appreciated. I just started this program after readind CAD and a lot of other low carb info and I need a little help. Not sure what is acceptable or not on some things and some guidelines would help. Thanx so much in advance, :D
