Tilapia in the Airfryer
 

1 Boneless Skinless tilapia filet thawed
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbsp Mayo
1/2 Tbsp butter, softened
garlic powder
pepper
basil

Preheat airfryer to 400. Make a little boat out of tin foil. Spray with non stick cooking spray. Put fish fillet in boat and spray top.

In bowl mix together butter, mayo, cheese and spices. Spread cheese mixture on top of fish.

Cook in airfryer for 13 mins, or until flakes easily. Serve with a veggie side or salad.

I get a large bag of those individually frozen fillets and thaw what is needed.
