Some of us found the Holiday Help! thread useful in 2020. Airing our challenges made it easier to stick to Plan. Maybe there are some who want that little bit of extra support to continue.

This is the place.

I'm personally dealing with ongoing sleep and exercise issues related to my osteoarthritis of the hip. I kick in my sleep and that can cause added stress so I've been experimenting with small quantities of brandy before bed.
