I think it does, I cut it pretty thin and look for parts that have big fat ribbons in them. So thin, rare, fatty, cross grain make it pretty easy to chew. I was considering not cooking it and seeing how that goes too. |
Thanks, Thud!

Like Button! In prep for colonoscopy, cutting out fiber... 2 over done eggs, beef patty cheese and some ACV to scavenge the bits and grease... ![]() |
A small avocado cut in half, sprinkled with lemon juice. A tall cup of decaf coffee with almond/cashew milk and a dash of cinnamon. It was easy, filling and delicious.

My kind of breakfast!!! Breakfast this morning was 1 green onion sausage link (southwest hot mustard), a boiled egg with salt and pepper, and 5 green olives |
more eggs and rare burger and cheese - but this time some blob gravy with HWC that I'm trying to use up ;) That is some greasy food right there!

Two eggs & shredded cheddar scrambled into some left over taco beef. It didn't look very appealing, but that's not what counts. Good food.
|
A cup of Greek yogurt with a handful of berries, 2 hard boiled eggs aside.
|
Meatballs and sautéed greens.
Tea and cream |
