End of a successful year of reaching my exercise goals, can't ask for more than that!

I have no desire to increase my PPWs anytime soon, I'll just continue doing what Imma doing.

Like I told Berni above, I really DON'T like to exercise BUT I know how great it is for my over-all good HEALTH! And that's what I will continue to strive for, my continued good health by eating properly = 100% OP and exercising daily!

Posted this in my journal, but I spend more time in here...


Just a quickie post to wish everyone a fab-tastic and prosperous 2019!

BIG BIG changes for me this year since I am retiring in 80 days.

Changes always equal stress that comes with things I can not control, but Imma as healthy as I possibly can be and looking forward to moving to Phoenix as soon as I sell my house. Time to spend quality time with my girls! :thup:

Weekly Maintenance Update
 
Ooops, forgot to do this on Monday, oh well, better late than never:

Weekly Maintenance Update as of today, 2 January 2019:

1759 days (= 4 years, 9 months, 3 weeks & 4 days) in Maintenance and Stayin' Strong!

Average Weekly Wt = 114-115 lbs

No complaints with my WOL, no cravings, no temptations. Stayin' 100% OP by eating properly and exercising daily b/c it's a CHOICE!

Totally 💚 my WOL!

Just Jo, you have a fabulous workout. I’m going to start planking. I’ve known about it and have tried it a few times but nothing consistent like you. 💪🏼 I’m going to give it a shot for 2019. Looks like you do it every 2 days. I’m going to watch some of the videos that were posted in earlier posts. I’m in! Thanks for the inspiration. 💪🏼✌🏼 Congrats on your upcoming retirement.
