I'd like to join. :) I don't have a pedometer, can anyone recommend one? I sit most of the day, so would be interested to see how many steps I do take... not many I would think! I love walking on a treadmill, (I'm weird,) but it takes me a very long time to start again if I miss a day. Went yesterday for the first time and walked four miles. I found a site that converts that to steps- 8448. I'll try to do more tonight. :) |
