We make, or shall I correct myself here, Ray makes the bread in this household! The rye bread is absolutely fabulous, we add caraway seeds, a bit of coffee and cocoa for colour.

When we make the Gabi's bread, we add a bit of flax seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds for texture and that multi-grain taste.

When we make the Gabi's with the seeds in the machine, the bread tastes wonderful but the loaf always comes out misshapen. It will be smooth and round on the one side, like it should be, and kind of messy like it's too dry on the other. Are the seeds affecting anything?
