Hello,

I'm sure this has been asked before but I didn't see it anywhere "obvious". :p I found a recipe (Pork Chops w/Mushroom Gravy) that looks pretty good for lc cooking except for the fact that it requires 2 cups of milk. How would I substitute this with cream? Or would I? How much? What type of cream? Heavy, light, regular?

I'm confused. :D Thanks in advance for the help!!!

Use 1 cup whipping cream and 1 cup water in place of the milk.

Thanks, Karen!!!!!! You're the best!  So, instead of 2 cups milk, 1 c whipping cream and 1 c water! Woohooo!!! I'll try it out and if it's :yum:, I'll post it!

Thanks again!
