:confused: Hello forum, I am hoping one of you out there has found a tasty very low carb recipes for crackers? Also would like to find one for noodles, can anyone help? thanks!

Suzanne Somers makes noodles out of Egg Crepes. First you make the crepe, (made entirely of egg), then you roll it, and slice it into 1/2 inch wide strips. She uses them in chicken noodle soup.

For a pasta substitute she peels zucchini into long stings and fries them.

Myself, I prefer to cut cabbage into long thin pieces and steam or microwave them.
