Cauliflower accentuates the flavor of garlic!!

YUCK! I tried making the "mashed potatoes" today with cooked cauliflower, 2 oz cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 cup parmesean cheese, 2 tbsp milk, and two cloves of garlic. Normally I'm a garlic lover, but YEOUCH, this was overkill. We tried to fix it by adding mozzarella cheese, but that didn't help. Is there anything at all I can do to rescue this? I love the idea of the mock mashed taters, and really don't want the stuff I've already got to go to waste. Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Thanks a bunch!

Cook more cauliflower, mash it and stir it into the offending faux mashed. Or, add chicken stock and turn it into a soup.

One way to tone down the garlic in the future is to cut the cloves in half lengthwise and cook them with the cauliflower.
