I'm looking for easy tofu recipes.... I've started experimenting and found some that I really like... and so my curiosity has been peaked...

No I'm NOT nuts... I just LOVE experimenting with food... and my dad made a Tofu Pumpkin Pie that was to die for... and since then, I've been experimenting and "have" found SOME recipes... but always looking for more...

So anyone have any ideas???

They were excellent sites...

I have made my own rendition (which I saw someone had the same basic idea) of Chocolate Mousse... with the soy isotate powder... (that was in my experimental playtimes... when I was just learning how to work with tofu)...

I didn't realize that so many people actually enjoyed working with tofu... when I talk about it to my friends (and I repeat -- my friends... because THEY even think I'm nuts...so I don't even try my aquaintances... :lol: ) all they do is roll their eyes, and stick out their tongues... :rolleyes: :p
