Can't find the carb count on soy flour... anyone know?

Nudge: it took me about 15 seconds to find that with an internet search for "soy flour protein carb* fat" It's amazing what's out there on the net with just a few ketstrokes of searching...so it's a worthwhile skill to learn! :)

And yes you're 100% right, I should have tried what you said: I tried a couple of carb counters including Atkins but I didn't think of trying a research engine. Dumb me!
