I attached the recipe book as a zip file.

There are ALOT of great recipes in this book......take a look.

It sure downloads fine, Charlene. Wow! 78 pages and a whole lotta recipes... not to be a pest, but was there a cover page with some copyright info on it? I didn't get that as part of the file... it would be legally appropriate to keep that in the zip file, if you have it.

ps: quite possibly the Moderator of this Forum (Local Support Groups::Canada) will want to merge the two conversation threads about the Low Carb Recipe Book into one and then MAYBE want to move it with a redirect to the LowCarb Kitchen forum, so don't be alarmed!
