hi all -
i have a question about the cheese crackers (melted cheese in the microwave).
what exactly is the crunchy part? the reason i ask, is because alot of fat (oil) comes out and then the rest is....well.... crunchy, so i was wondering how to enter this into fit day.
thanks in advance for your help.

I don't know what cheese crackers your talking about but if it has cheese sometimes when cheese is heated, depending on the cheese oil will come out. When I make my husband an omelet I sometimes throw chedder on top and nuke it for a few seconds and oil seems to come out. That's wal-mart brand chedder. Do you make the cheese crackers or buy them. what is in them?
