can anyone tell me what glutin flour does- is it a thickener?
can it be used instead of soyflour?
does it bind like flour?(like in cakes etc)
i am thinking of making a low carb bake mix using glutin flour and almond meal instead of soy protein and soy flour.
Does anyone know if this will work?
