I don't have a dehydrator (actually I have one that works in the microwave but I lost the instruction booklet and don't know how to use it). My mom used to make jerky in the oven and I was wondering if any here knows how to do this? I need the oven temp, time to cook, and how thick the slices should be....I can get the marinade recipe from our recipe section.
