My fellow Canadians....
If you go to http://www.SilverTriad.com you will find the super data from the most current (Version 13 or 1.3, can't remember) USDA foods database set up in a desktop (Windows) form that you can access without being online. It's a free download, it's not compeletely finished, but the foods data is there and really easy to search, and you DON'T have to be online to use it. It's great!!!
Michael Silver put it together, it's called the Nutrition Facts database. :D
Enjoy!
