I have been kind of falling down on the exercise thing. I miss lifting, but I've been doing walking instead. I'm going to definately get back into it full force after "vacation's" over.
I don't know if it's the cause, but it seems that around the time I get it into my system my temper starts to flare up. So starting today, no more ECA stuff.
I finally did it!!!! The whole thing!!!!! It's a lot easier than I remember it......... LOL Last time I did it (When I was on a LF diet ) I got about 11 minutes into it and thoguht I was going to die!!!!!!! Now my only problem is feeling like a clutz doing it.
