Background: started to diet 265 beginning of November 22.
husband of 54 years (age 76) died end of January.
I had spinal surgery in early February and spend 2 month in a nursing home.
Still cannot walk, and have other issues. starting today to do squats

Despite your issues, it looks like you're doing well with your weight loss Also, squats are one of the best things you can physically do for your body!

yesterday I did a total 15 squats when I went into the kitchen 4 times. today I am resting because those muscles are telling me to rest--no pain no gain, but I am determined to walk again.
