Busy busy. Doing well. Scale isn't rewarding me. But for a couple years now my body likes to hold onto water for awhile and then finally whoosh. Rinse and repeat. So I will keep doing the thing and carry on until the scale shows all my work.

A modified ADF Protocol (stay in them calories, lady) and exercise.
Bonus points for actually sticking to plan right on the weekends to solidly form the habit.

That makes another "better than the one before" weekend! My next real challenge is the camping trip coming up. I have to not eat all the junk I'm trapped in the camper with after dark. But I don't have to worry about that until Sunday. So I will focus on diet and exercise for the moment.
