I sure hope I do not screw this up this time. Took me a long time to get back here. I知 going to eat exactly what I ate yesterday. I was going to go grocery shopping today but I changed my mind...too tempting to get bad stuff. I値l eat leftovers from the freezer.

You are right; sometimes it is better to eat what you have, especially if you are trying to get past a set point.
Just make sure you have the necessities, I do well eating out of my fridge/freezer till I run completely out of veggies and then go shopping. That is when I convince myself I can have a large bag of finely seasalted almonds from Costco because I bought fresh asparagus, brussel sprouts, cucumber and baby bell peppers.
