Thanks yOu, I was hungry yesterday, so my calories and carbs were up, but still within my goals. I’m kinda proud of not going past my goal parameters.
I read a book, called target. 100 a while back, it sets goals for additions to your lifestyle, activity, movement, extra sleep, water, carbs, stress relief to add to your day. The carb is 100 total a day, I switched from net to total carbs ( made me stop trying to cheat the system, nuts have a lot of fibre but also a lot of calories). I normally eat 20-40 total carbs a day, yesterday, 55. Nothing terrible happened other than I did not lose weight.
I am desperately trying to find a lifestyle that I can live with permanently instead of making it all about the number on the scale I want to make it all about being sustainable. Being part of this 5 pound challenge is fun though I enjoy the camaraderie.
