I'm going in the complete opposite direction of what I'm supposed to be 😬 I'm 3 lbs from my lowest! I didn't weigh today as I was out of town but I've been back on plan since my cheat. Hopefully this will start coming down real soon.

Oh, yes, I bounce up and down and all around. I have been carrying this weight for years (ok, decades ) and my body is fighting me all the way. But I can do it! We all can do it!

I'm anxious I weigh more than usual tonight and I ate wings but my carbs are fine. But I think the package is wrong how can 3 honey barbecue wings be 6 carbs? They were small but it doesn't sound right. Not that it matters in the big picture but they were so good.

I looked on TGI Fridays they have 3 hb wings 8 carbs. I guess its in the right range. Then why is my weight up?

Errrr up 4 more oz. The only thing I did differently besides my cheat of 2 sandwiches is I tried drinking this probiotic drink. I drank it for 2 days but stopped cause I felt nauseated, hot and chills after drinking. Also I felt like I was being backed up (#2) when I thought it would help clear me out. I've had a gas pain in my upper abdomen too. I stopped drinking it Friday, last one on Thursday. So maybe I just need a good bm😜😂😂😂
