Robynsnest-yes the struggle is real! What are you struggling with? Me- it is with food, every single day.
I am up a total of 9 pounds since Thanksgiving. It was 11 pounds but I finally got a handle on my eating again on January 1. It is hard- It is so DARN hard!
Food just tastes so darn good! But it sure doesn't feel good afterward!
Whatever it is you are struggling with-I feel your pain. Just hang in there it is bound to get better

Oh. I misunderstood how often to post.

My objective is to remain at the same weight. Do I have to take up space posting the same thing for every day? My weight varies by tenths of pounds.

I think you can post whenever you want. Daily if you choose or maybe weekly if you prefer. I like to check in.........keeps me accountable. The good, the bad and the ugly.

I have strayed but I am not lost or gone, just "stand by" mode, I go back to work and normal life (routine) next week, just trying to motivate myself, hoping the damage won't be too bad, by unable and unwilling to face "that" just now...
