Coincidence? I think not ... If it's the one thing we were doing differently, then there must be something there. Which brings me back to doah! I've always believed that the best and most usable source of vitamins is food, so I'll stick with that, thank you! I'm just taking a magnesium supplement and using Lite Salt for my potassium/sodium replenishment. That seems to be working just fine.
