Good question! Some of those symbols on the interviews allude me. You can transfer to an audio only file and play that and read the transcript.but don't know if you can download though. You could stay connected to your data plan, but that might use up a lot? Or not? Especially if just the audio? I never liked KetoTalk (something about Doc Muscles irritates) but do like FastingTalk.

Found membership Q&A, there is question on listening. Yes....but is this still streaming through the data plan? Anyone techy?

Apart from boiled eggs I don't keep snacks the reason being for me I would end up grazing all day. Calories are not supposed to be counted but for me it stalls weight loss.
Boiled eggs get so boring after a month that you really have to be hungry to snack on them

A boiled egg is a good test to determined whether you are really hungry or just bored or craving (and don't need a snack ).

They are a great lunch idea, you can horde many cans and clear out a room in a hurry when eating them. Love them~~!!

What do people eat them with? I've only had them in a sandwich years ago.

Willing to try new things.

I use a fork, spoon or fingers or mix/mash them up in mayo, mustard, chili paste, hot peppers, whatever.

Here are 2 randomly bad but tasty work lunch ideas I came up with. I think the "fish2ways" came from the canned pictures above:

Thanks for the pic, Thud. This Garfield comic formed my first idea of those cheap cans of herring. I bought a few cans at the dollar store well over a YEAR ago now, and I'm still scared to open one! LOL.

In Britain they are often served with grilled tomatoes and an egg for breakfast.
