Hrmph. I'm up a pound, and I'm sure it's because TOM has been lingering for a week - unusual for me. It's been weird for the last couple of years. I guess that's what happens when you're in your 40s. It can take a hike any damn time!

Thud, wow, do you really live on a lakefront? Very nice. You should open a low-carb bed and breakfast.

Oohh, sorry that was misleading! It was "My Beach" last Saturday because it was mid 50's for temp and breezy. No beach goes at the local beach that day Heck they don't even officially open until the week before Memorial Day weekend.

Welp, just maintained this week! Been a little down, but I'm so ready for my upgraded beach bod!

Liz, in my opinion you did great. Even though no weight loss this past week, you didn't gain either which is a win for you. I view the times that I don't lose, as learning experience for the things I need to tweak in order to be successful. Next week will be better. Stay focused ... you got this!

For some reason this chart seems to be getting more difficult to copy and paste, the 06/25 that was added (or added back) seems to be sliding everything a bit and things are lining up with more difficulty. Ooh, it looks nice! Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I'm wrapped up in a warm jacket, but dreaming of the beach!

Woo hoo! Determination and perseverance does pay off, day 51 and I hit the 15.5 weight loss mark. This is huge for me, the person who is on program for 3-5 days and then goes astray. I am on my way......sunny, sandy, beach watch out.
