I would definitely see if adding sodium (salt,) magnesium (soak in Epsom salts) and potassium (avocados are a high source) to your diet helps any, since your electrolytes have got to be stressed in this situation.

Update: so I had an appointment with a naturopath/endo and she thinks it's 100% caused by the methyl b vitamins I took....she thinks I "over methylated" and then adding on the very low carb diet, along with working out and not having enough nutrients in that diet stressed my adrenals and has everything out of whack.

She out me on a 40/30/30 diet (carb/protein/fat) with a lot of seeds, veggies, some fruit, lean animal protein, and use only avocado oil and coconut oil for cooking. She also gave me a bottle of my old b complex to see if I can find the right balance again. She also recommended me drinking coconut water for lost electrolytes.

I have been taking the tip of adding some sea salt (1/2 tsp) a few times a day to some warm lemon water...not sure if it's been helping but it definitely doesn't hurt.

Why did you take methyl b vitamins?

I wasn't aware I was! I had no idea there was a difference, just read those were the best type to take and easiest absorbed. All I wanted was just some more energy for the gym and my usual b vitamin wasn't working up to par......ugh I feel like I killed myself by taking this stuff -__- I feel like since inactivated methylation (still don't really know much about it) I made my body try to detox and now I have Mercury toxicity.

I hope you are on the right track now. Here's an article about the difference between regular and methylated B vitamins:

http://www.jdmoyer.com/2011/09/03/b...ts-complicated/

And this might be pertinent to you:

Quote:
“Histadelic” (high histamine) types are “under-methylators.” They have low methyl to folate ratios, which can result in lower levels of dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. These types can benefit from supplemental methionine, SAMe, and inositol (methyl donors).

But stop making your own decisions for a bit: it seems you have not done enough research. The article covers a lot of angles for you to discuss with a professional.
