ooh, that avo/egg salad sounds great Kirsteen!

was beyond exhausted tonight, and thinking screw dinner altogether....then boyfriend suggested rotisserie- brilliant!
threw it on lettuce and roasted bell pepper with sf ginger dressing for me- he ate it as side salad and huge plate of chicken.

perfect!

last night:
totally exhausted after mountain race and 6 hour drive home. boyfriend tells me to take a nap- i wake up to--

candles
champagne
chicken and bell peppers with homemade cacciatorie sauce (sp?)
paremsan and tofu shirataki

with an epsom salt bath, with bubblebath for dessert

lucky girl i am!

Last nite was pork rind dusted chicken pieces with cut veggies and avocado ranch dip; tonite is pulled pork stuffed peppers and garlic sauteed broccoli.

was working last night so nibbled on egg/cheese quiche muffins, string cheese, wasabi seaweed snax, turkey jerky.

all yum!

Thinking big salad with nuts, feta...... That's as far as I've got for the day though...

Just saw a recipe and photo for bacon wrapped strawberries....hmmm
