Awwwww Stacy, you need to go over to DQ and get a big ole blizzard!
That will bring up your calories.

I have had 835 calories today and still have 1015 available. I want something really good for dinner, just not sure what.

I might go and find a snack before dinner though as lunch was at 11 and it is now 4, so I am a little bit hungry.

Yesterday's cals...316 at work, too tired after 13 hours to eat when I got home!

UD today at work. Getting back on track with counting cals for UD too as a refresher on what each food costs in calories.

Actually...I may skip the cereal all together and just drink green tea for dinner to save 117 cals. I think I can do it!

Here is the thread! I guess that I was half asleep this morning or something. I tried like three times to find our JUDDD home and failed.

I fasted today until 1, well with the exception of coffee/coconut creamer and 1 package of diet hot cocoa, this was 75 calories. I drank lots of water and Mio water too.

Lunch at 1 was a 166 calorie turkey sammie on the 45 calorie bread. I put a couple slices of bell pepper, slice of red onion, 2 slices of turkey, and a wee little bit of mustard.

So for dinner, I have 259 left for dinner tonight. Think I will have another tequila lime chicken breast and asparagus, that comes in at 153, leaving me 106 for a hundred calorie treat.

Great job Janelle on your DD. You are rocking and rolling with JUDDD.

Way to go Barb on getting your mojo back. You will get that last 10 off.

I am so proud of you Stacy for being prepared for your dinner tonight with LJ and his girlfriend.

Woohooooo look at us JUDDDette's go....................

Good morning JUDDDette's.

UD for me, looking forward to eating light though-out today and a good dinner and maybe a treat.

Hope you have a great day.

UD yesterday for me...1863 cals. Right on target. I feel great this morning, even lighter maybe after just one DD and one UD. This makes me pretty certain I have been eating heavier in general than what I thought I was over the winter. The up side is that I was able to maintain for the past 6 months using just a general maintenance JUDDD rotation without really counting calories. Sweet freedom!

Looking forward however to losing those last pesky pounds and feeling the "high" of losing weight, if you know what I mean...

That's what I like about JUDDD. My first week I just ate what I wanted on UDs without counting cals. I didn't stuff myself, but ate to satisfaction and I still lost! Truly amazing...This totally feels doable for life. I am more mindful of what goes into my body, which is a good thing. I think I got sick of meat after being lc-vlc for so long. JUDDD gives me the balance that I have been longing for. Yes, sweet freedom!
