I also can't relate to the "what now?" Maybe it's because I'm very impulsive about food by nature, and I've been up and down the scale so many times. Yes, I'm in maintenance now. Yes, I look in the mirror every day and like what I see. But every day is a new chance to ruin it all. Five days a week, it's a new day of me handling a zillion calories worth of junk food for a living. You can lose your momentum and discipline in a heartbeat. You don't have to go too far into this forum to see people talk about it. Every day is another possibility of the beginning of a binge, weight gain, and then the of loss of motivation, sadness, and hopelessness paralyzing me.

That's why "Every day is day one" is an important mantra for me.

same here...
just take one day at a time, realize that there is more to life than counting, weighing, being on an eating schedule.
my work keeps me busy, been wearing the same size clothes for years now...
my appearance is neat and healthy for my age, I too am the same person, either way....

sometimes you need to focus on other things that need your attention.

time for a new hobby.

weight loss was a journey. maintenance is part of life.
the biggest reward i have from all of this is the fact that i no longer binge.....
binging was my achilles heal.
i also didn't have 100 pounds to lose.
i lost what i needed to lose and kept traveling the road to my future.

the rest of it is just life..
good luck to you.
