The kids wanted strawberry smoothies with lunch so I myself a nice big protein shake too. It had coconut milk, diet cranberry cocktail, fresh blueberries and strawberries, crushed ice, some yogurt and vanilla protein powder. I made it nice and big so I could sip on it for a nice long time. This is my breakfast, lunch and probably supper too. (If I eat any supper it will just be something small and light.) Protein shakes are so filling and remind me of drinking a great big milk shake.
