My DSis is better for awhile and I was finally able to leave her mostly on her own. I'm still running over once a day to get her ready for bed. She has visiting nurses and therapy every day plus a couple of hired people.

This is the 4th time her kidney's have done this. She has congestive heart failure. They gave her a hospital bed in her livingroom.

She has a terrible time trying to breathe. They have her on the highest amount of oxygen the home machines can put out.

Her Dr. came to her house 3 times.

Chanteyl, so very sorry about your sister's severe health problems. Will be thinking of you both. Hope you can manage to take care of yourself as you are looking after her welfare.

Since I was last here, I lost weight, then gained twice as much back. I did get the laser hair removal done under my arms. It cost quite a bit of money.

At my age I can't see too good in the shower so shaving was a hit or miss thing. I also suffer a lot of razor burn there and I love knowing I will never have to shave there again. I get razor burn from electric razors also. It took 3 treatments to do the job. The pain was almost zip.

Because of the cost I've changed my mind about getting the legs done.

I did get retinol (complexion) and Latisste (eyelashes) free.

Chanteyl, with all of your cosmetic improvements, perhaps a photo is in order. Hope you are also doing well with your health issues.

My daughters and grandkids were visiting much of August. Much fun, but now I'm dealing with a few more extra pounds, mostly due to food that remained that I hated to just throw away.

Wonder how others are doing. Arlene and Myrt on her RV trip in particular.

Peeked in her journal and she had a breakdown somewhere. She is keeping regular reports there.

I really need to update my stats, but I'm having a gray moment trying to remember how to do that. I need a light that will blink on saying "Gray moment, I do know that, just not right now."

Sorry, I have never known how to put in picts.

Need to change stats because I want to restart diet Saturday.

OK, I just checked into changing stats(remembering isn't an option here):

Click on your name.
Go to View Public Profile.
Go to Additional Information then down to:
Current Weight. (Highlight/select and type in new figure)
Hope that's clear.

It worked. Thank you. I may change my starting weight on Saturday 9/1.

I'm going to go grocery shopping for the next couple of days. I get too tired out if I try to do it all in one day.

Now if I could figure out how to do pictures I could post a picture of my arm pit for ya' ll. ;D

Then I need to figure out how to change my signature. It looks like I did do it, once before.

I'd like to list goals and rewards there. Ok, it worked on my test. Now only have to figure out how to write it.

In fact I am 32 years over 50. I have responded to this post several times. Are you reading the posts? YOu keep wanting to know if anyone is over 75. I keep answering. This is the last time I am going to answer this post. You have to read the answers. Seventy-five is not old this day and age.

Hi, junieg and agehr. I'm only 71. I was on this thread before my DSis died and before DH decided to get a divorce. He is 75 this month.

I'm looking for a house or a trailer to live in, I don't have enough money to buy one til this house is sold. I will not have internet service for long either.

My DS has been driving up here to help me move DSis's clothes and 'girly' stuff. I feel like I'm the oldest person in the world to be getting a divorce.
