Funny---your graph doesn't look much different than mine. Beginning with a steady loss, holding steady for a bit, a slow climb back up, an ah ha momment, and then a slow downward trend....

I thought it was over kill to plot daily weights. When you think about it, on any given day, you can flucuate 2-4 pounds. The daily weights were useful informationt to me, but the monthly trend downwards was what was important. Particularly when bouncing between numbers--it can take at least a few weeks to a month for a number to stick.
