B: 2 C decaf with vanilla syrup,
1 mandarin orange (wasn't hungry)
S: after golf, 1 C decaf with 1 packet of Splenda
L: Liver pate sandwich on sprouted grain bread, side salad with homemade vinaigrette.
D: Leftover Swiss Chalet spare ribs with 1/2 baked spud and sour cream, pickled asparagus spears.
S: mixed nuts (my own mix of almonds, pecans, macadamias, pumpkin seeds, a few salted cashews, a bit of dried cranberries) - didn't weigh it.
Activity
9 holes of golf, mixed terrain, so 75 mins brisk walking, twisting, bending, up and down hills - the course is on a mountain-side.
