200.4 I am surprised I lost at all...had 2 glasses of wine at a bar with a friend last night and then made a flax muffin in a minute...LOL
I just made another batch of italian chicken and caramelized onions and some lemon broccoli. Looks like I am working 4, 8.5 hour shifts the next 4 days in a row...and homework on top of that with an algebra midterm next week to study for. No time to cook so I got it done....and I won't have to measure..just divide into 4 portions.
Food will be the same for the next 4 days.

I was 160.8 this morning. The 150's are beckoning to me! I hope I can make it to 158 this round. That'll mean if I hit 160 again, I have to have an egg or steak day.
