Thanks Guys, I have had a bit of a plateu and am losing very slowly at the moment, am currently 192lbs which is about 13st 10ish but I have recently started cycling and taking Zumba classes. Figuring not enough exercise in my life, the diet can't do it all on its own can it? I need to move myself more!!!!
