Congratulations! Although I'm afraid I trump you with 86lbs since July 20th this year. Which only goes to show what spiffing chaps we BOTH are! And we're both going to reach our targets and never slide back!

Thanks to eveyone that has stopped by this post. Some of you have lost a great amount of weight in a short time as well. This is an amazing WOE for life that works. It might take some a little longer than others, just be patient and it will happen.

You are going to find wonderful support here and lots of great recipes. I have following the WOE since 5-17-10, 7 months and 54 pounds down, and I am still learning something new here everyday.

Even though the weight has slowed way down now, I feel better than I ever have. This is the WOE for life for me.
