Takes a lot of dedication to stick to that restrictive diet.

Have you noticed any difference in joint pain? Able to get around better?

I used to be in agonizing pain just walking to get the mail and coming back in. I still feel pain, but its definitely after a longer period of time.

The other morning while the wife was sleeping late, I cleaned the kitchen, did the dishes, cleaned the counters, the bathroom, emptied the trash, etc.. and when I was done I stopped and thought.. shouldnt this be hurting by now?

Some days are definitely better than others. I couldnt imagine being 442, or more, and still going through what I went through..

I think the more that comes off, the better it will feel. I read somewhere that every pound you lose is 5 lbs of pressure off your ankle...

Thank you all for the congrats! I really appreciate you stopping by

Congrats on your weight loss. I'm 4 months in and 70 pounds down, so I hope that I can say in 6 months i'm like you and 90 pounds down. That'd be awesome! I'm like you, it took getting 50, 60 pounds off before people really started to notice! I don't notice as much, well not as much as I'd like I guess. Even though I've dropped almost 4 pant sizes!

I'm also discovering something too and I see you are skipping breakfast. I'm finding that I'm not necessarily needing 3 meals a day, and that I'm eating out of habit I think. I could pick up a snack I think and be okay to make it through the day. I find myself snacking/grazing on things I know I can have a lot, so that obviously could be why I don't always need lunch, ha! I know we are told to eat 3 meals a day, but if we aren't hungry, then why eat?
