Ran stairs for 20 minutes. That has to count for something (or at least that's what my trainer told me).

ETA: A *very* short run.

Ouch! How is it feeling today? I hate it after you hurt your ankle and then you keep rolling the darn thing. Mine was doing that a ton until I rehabed it. Darn ankle! Hope you feel better

Thanks!! So far so good today. I did a lot of walking on it yesterday and it was better until I hit the stairs to head down to the apartment, then it started hurting again. I'm hoping, with enough stretching, it'll be fine soon.

Treadmill - trail setting - 25ish minutes (the safety came out and reset it).

PreCore (levels 8 and 10) - 20 minutes
