Ordered the P90X yesterday. I do have a lot of exercise possibilities already, but reading this thread and others made curious. It is rare that you see so little criticism on a product like this.
Looking forward to it.

It is an awesome product! I will say, trust the program. Give it 90 days. 90 days of following it the best you can. Also do take before pictures and measurements. I was unsure of progress but the pictures didn't lie. If you click on my BB link in my signature, you can see what the first 90 days did for me.

Hey Everybody,

Woke up at four and did my resistance bands, thank god nobody saw me, LOL! I sprinted 1.5 miles and ran another 3 miles, damn, Im tired. Getting ready to do my other stuff before I go to work. Measured my body fat and Im Im to 10% bodyfat and still at 207lbs. I rechecked all the numbers...three times just to be sure. I got a comment yesterday that Ive become so vascular, all my veins in my arms, legs and abs are coming through like gang busters. Wow, its really impressive. Well, Im off. Im doing the Insanity workout starting Saturday for one week just to build up my speed and endurance. Lets see what Shaun Tee can do for me. Keep it up guys and gals...

Where do I get info on the Insanity. Is it a different DVD set? I just want to see what the heck you are going to do.

Also when you going to post an In Progress photo... I want to see the results MY MAN!

Physio,

The program is awesome. I was wary at first, but man... really, I haven't felt this good in ages. And this is coming from a guy who still has 40 pounds to lose.

You will hear us tell you to Just push play, do the rest and forget the best.

That keeps me showing up!

I do my best.

John

Hey - just found this thread. I'm in week 12 of the Lean version and planning to start Classic a couple weeks after I'm done with Lean. However, I'm really not losing any weight and it's frustrating. I've been sticking with Atkins pretty much the whole way but I think I may need more carbs if I want the scale to move. Have any of you experimented with higher carb diets, or experienced stalls in your weight loss while doing P90X?

Alsmez,

Are you losing inches? I was stuck for weeks at 212, but at the same time, I lost 2 inches in the waist.

Throw the scale out the window! LOL I did lose 15 pounds when I did the lean version, I did have to up my calories to make it happen. Trust the plan and toss the scale.

that said, I didn't lose doing classic. I did NOT watch my intake as closely during classic. I'm now in week 5 of doubles, they are kickingmy butt as nevver before, today I almost lost my coookies, i'm soooooo worn out.
